About me :
Sport has always occupied a central place in my life, shaping not only my physical abilities, but also my discipline, mindset, and resilience.
I dedicated over six years to martial arts, particularly jujitsu and MMA, where I learned the importance of technique, perseverance, and mental strength. Simultaneously, I spent over five years training in gyms, developing detailed fitness and nutrition programs. This experience not only allowed me to improve my own performance but also to support and guide those around me in their fitness goals, offering advice and encouragement.
To broaden my sporting horizons, I played volleyball and badminton for two years, and I participated in CrossFit training, which I found stimulating due to its intensity and variety. These different sports allowed me to develop my agility, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Today, I am passionate about surfing, a sport that combines physical endurance, balance, and a deep connection with nature. It constantly pushes me to surpass myself and reminds me of the joy of learning and progressing.
With several years of experience in martial arts, fitness, and nutrition, I support individuals who want to adopt healthy and sustainable habits. I can help them design effective training programs, make informed nutritional choices, and stay motivated.
