A graduate of the University of Oxford, I offer tutoring up to undergraduate standard in philosophy, theology and religious studies, and up to A-Level standard in English literature.

Students are guided carefully through relevant course material, and the structure of the lessons closely follows that of the Oxbridge tutorial system - an essay or essay plan is to be prepared as homework in advance of the meeting, and we will build on this and test the foundations of the essay in the lesson. We will work together through past papers if the student is preparing for exams. I can also help with university applications to Oxford/Cambridge.

A keen tutor and researcher, I have strong foundations in the subjects I tutor, having studied Philosophy & Theology at Oxford University after achieving A*AA in my A-Levels and receiving the school prize for Religious Studies. I enjoy engaging students in the subject matter, finding ways to make dry course material inspiring. I focus especially on building students' confidence.
