Hello !
Having acquired my Federal Maturity certificate by correspondence in 2021 (all courses learned self-taught), I can accompany a student in learning the branches of the Maturity but also with regard to administrative aspects. Especially to manage the registration for the Federal Maturity by correspondence which requires a lot of time and different papers. Having already been there, I can gladly help you and save you hours of trying to find information from right to left.
I can of course also help you in writing a Maturity work.

I have at my disposal several books and exercise books from the EPSU (School of preparation and university support) specially written for the federal maturity. They are very complete. I know they are very expensive and I can gladly lend them for exam preparation. I also have several books and documents used in the gymnasium and especially old Federal Maturity exams from the years 2015 to 2020 that I had also bought. So I have the necessary equipment to give quality lessons and exercises.

I did my Maturité with a specific option in Economics and Law and a complementary option in Philosophy.
My strong subjects are economics, physics, French and English but I also do very well in the other subjects.

About Me
Hello !
I am currently doing a Bachelor in Political Economy at the University of Fribourg. In 2021, I obtained my Federal Maturity certificate by correspondence (all courses learned on my own).

I chose to embark on the Maturité as an autodidact because the structure of the courses at the Gymnasium no longer suited me. I learned a lot of things on my own at home but with the teachers I had trouble concentrating and it seemed to me that the lessons went either too quickly or too slowly. Moreover, I always had student jobs alongside my studies and I didn't have much free time.

The self-taught maturity allowed me to manage my own weeks between my revisions and my jobs and to save significant time. I was also able to progress at my own pace, which allowed me to assimilate the subjects more consistently. Of course, this experience gave me independence and autonomy that has no place in a traditional gymnasium.
Education
2018-2020: South College (Bulle)
2021-2022: Federal Maturity Certificate obtained as an independent candidate.
2023-2025: Bachelor in Political Economy at UNIFR (currently in 2nd year)

Access to information: a large part of the content (websites, research, videos) is in English.

Studying abroad: essential for gaining admission to international universities.

Self-confidence: being able to talk to strangers without stress is a real advantage.

🧠 What skills will you have after a course

A passionate teacher for outstanding success
My motto: "The more questions a student asks, the more they progress."

I firmly believe that learning is a personal journey, and my role is to guide each student towards their full potential. My teaching approach is based on four fundamental pillars:

1. Availability and kindness:
I listen to each student, attentive to their needs and difficulties. I foster a climate of trust and encouragement, where everyone can express themselves and progress at their own pace.

2. Motivation and self-improvement:
I encourage the ambition of each student, regardless of their initial level. I help them set ambitious goals and develop the strategies necessary to achieve them.

3. Time management and results optimization:
I teach effective study methods to maximize learning and success. I emphasize time management and revision planning.

4. Pedagogy of error and learning through experimentation:
I encourage students not to be afraid of making mistakes, because it is by confronting them that they truly progress. I promote autonomy and the active search for solutions.

=>Typical course structure:

Course learning methodology
Training on exercises
Motivation and coaching
Time management and point optimization
Revision program
5 minutes per lesson to build rapport

I dedicate time in each session to understanding the student's interests and building a relationship of trust. This time also helps to create a more relaxed atmosphere and promote learning.

=>Practice tests for optimal preparation:

I offer regular mock exams so that the student can get used to exam conditions and develop their autonomy.

=>My ambition: the success of every student:

I offer you 9 years of experience teaching mathematics, physics, chemistry, and computer science from primary to higher education levels. Mastering each stage of the learning process, I provide comprehensive and individualized support.

=>A wide range of students supported:

I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of students of all levels and backgrounds, from struggling students to high-potential students.

=> Tangible results and a reputation for excellence:

Last year, from the Matu to EPFL, not forgetting the preparatory classes for the French Baccalaureate, Polytechnique Paris, ENS Ulm and Paris-Saclay (formerly Cachan), 100% of my students passed their year. I am extremely proud of their progress and the fulfillment of their ambitions.
