Présentation
I completed my first yoga teacher training in 2013 and since then have taught more than 500 classes in multiple studios, companies and physiotherapy clinics. Every year I complete another course to further my knowledge and my specializations encompass both anatomical and psychological matters.

In my career, I have taught students with circumstances ranging from slipped disks to fibromyalgia to chronic stress. Most of these students have been beginners and I am well-versed in teaching the basics. Whether you have a specific complaint or simply want a tailor-made yoga program to fit your body type and personal schedule, I will create lessons to help you reach these goals.

Ich bin ein RYT-500 mit Spezialisierungen in Yogatherapie, Anatomie, Trauma, Schwangerschaft und Geburt und habe traditionelle Trainings in Hatha, Vinyasa und Yin Yoga absolviert. Mein Unterrichtsansatz beginnt damit, die natürlichen Stärken eines Schülers zu identifizieren und alles ins Gleichgewicht zu bringen. Ich stelle jede Lektion individuell zusammen, auch wenn es keine Hauptbeschwerde gibt.

Während meiner Lehrkarriere hatte ich Schüler mit Beschwerden, die von Bandscheibenvorfällen über Fibromyalgie bis hin zu chronischem Stress reichten. Egal, ob Sie sich mit einem bestimmten Problem befassen oder einfach nur ein auf Ihren Körpertyp und Ihren persönlichen Zeitplan zugeschnittenes Programm wünschen, ich werde ein unkompliziertes und realistisches Programm zusammenstellen, das Ihren Bedürfnissen entspricht. Die meisten meiner Schüler sind Anfänger und dies ist eine meiner Lieblingsgruppen, die ich unterrichte.

In 2019 I moved to Belgium, and apart from my daily work, I would like to share my yoga experience and learn from the students.
