Keep it simple is my quote! I would like to share my family recipes, guide you to make tasty Italian food looking for the right ingredients and procedure. You pick the topic (how to make fresh pasta like tagliatelle or ravioli, lasagne, parmigiana, tiramisù or other many vegetarian options), I’ll prepare a list of ingredients we need, where to find it and what’s best in terms of quality. I collect different recipes and variations in order to meet your taste keeping the “Italian way” to do it!

Hey everybody! I’m Veronica, born and raised in Sardinia - Italy almost 30 years ago. Very passionate about food, since I was able reach the table I’ve been helping my parents running a small family restaurant, and I currently work as a cook here In the Netherlands. My study background is in visual arts, which helps in plating and presentation ☺️
I like to cook with simple, good quality ingredients and everything fresh, I try to make everything myself cause the food experience starts in the kitchen!
I lived in Australia, New Zealand and Samoa, where learned how to cook some polinesian dishes too.
