Mi nombre es Rory y soy un hablante nativo de inglés de Irlanda. Hi, I'm Rory from Ireland, although now I live in Barcelona, Spain. I love exploring new cultures: I spent 1 year in Vietnam before travelling around South America in 2019. I'm currently learning Spanish, so I know all about the excitement and nerves that go with learning a new language. I love to cook, especially since I turned vegan. I love literature and anything to do with modern art. I like to keep my classes fun, natural and based around your needs and preferences.

I am TEFL-qualified native English speaker from Ireland. I have a Ph.D. from Trinity College Dublin, where I began teaching university students from diverse backgrounds. I spent three years as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Financial Markets. I worked on and led large-scale consultation and recruitment campaigns with banks, insurance companies and asset managers, so have a keen understanding of commercial business and its language.I spent a year overseas in Vietnam and believe it is important to experience distinct and new cultural environments. I have recently moved to Barcelona after spending much of 2019 travelling South America, learning some Spanish and falling in love with latino culture. I use my academic and commercial background to create a sophisticated learning experience that is also based on fun and self-expression.
