Many people have discovered the benefits of practicing asanas with a partner, whether therapeutic or in movement. We work on breathing, balance, body postures, hand postures, flexibility, alignment, and strength. People who have never practiced yoga are surprised by their abilities and the speed of progress.
Course method
Settle your breathing, control your movements, warm up, and let yourself be surprised by asanas assisted by a peer. The different movements help activate the entire body and mind. Finally, we work on body massage. The positions and techniques learned can then be shared with others. From the beginning and the simplest, we will see how to evolve by recognizing your body and not hurting it.
The satisfaction of having accomplished what seemed impossible also allows us to regain self-confidence and feel better.
For several years, I've been sharing my method around the world, in Switzerland, Portugal, Germany, Turkey, Thailand, and Taiwan. I teach acroyoga to yoga teachers who want to deepen their practice. I'm a certified Acroyoga Montreal practitioner, Thai massage therapist, and Partner.
