I am a certified fitness instructor and martial arts with a passion for empowering women through movement and kickboxing. I believe that not only are there practical applications, but psychologically, kickboxing provides many benefits as well. I have been working in fitness since 2018 and hold a BA in Women's Studies. I am able to teach through Zoom, and also in person! With me, you'll learn how to strike (punches and kicks) and get fit while having loads of fun.
