As a music producer I've had recent releases on Crosstown Rebels UK and Codek Records UK/CH in 2025. If you search my name you will find my music which stylistically comes out of my years as a professional club DJ in New York City and Geneva more recently. As an instructor I work with students from beginner to advanced on guitar, electric bass, Ableton live, mixing and song production. I work to make lessons fun while teaching you the skills you need to play the music and songs you love. Additionally, I teach techniques that allow you to learn songs independently, while discussing the theory and mechanics of music in the context of the songs we're working on. With a deep knowledge of different musical styles that make people dance, I place particular emphasis on rhythm and using your ear, how you listen when you're playing music—how to recognize your emotional and physical experience when you're playing well. My name is Coraline Parmentier, pianist, composer, author and founder of the Piano Mondo institution for cultures, in Nyon. I have been writing since primary school, where I began inventing my first stories and writing poems. Writing thus grew with me, long before it took a place in my artistic and professional journey. I created Piano Mondo based on a conviction: artistic creation should not be confined to a single discipline. While music forms the historical heart of the institution, writing has always been part of my creative world and naturally nourishes my various projects. Over the years, this practice has developed in various forms and become intertwined with my work as a composer, performer, and cultural project manager. It is in this spirit that Piano Mondo is now opening its **Writing Hub**, in order to share, in turn, the joy of creating, building, and expressing oneself through words. As with Piano Mondo's music lessons, I favor a personalized approach: each student progresses at their own pace, according to their personality, desires, and goals. The aim is not to force everyone into the same model, but to acquire tools, gain confidence, and gradually develop an expression that reflects who you are.
