The primary goal of the music therapy sessions is to use music as a therapeutic tool to enhance the emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being of individuals. The session aims to foster self-expression, improve communication skills, and promote mental and emotional health. The target audience for music therapy is diverse, including individuals of all ages and backgrounds who can benefit from the therapeutic use of music. This includes children and adolescents with developmental, behavioral, or medical challenges; adults with mental health issues, neurological conditions, chronic pain, or those in rehabilitation; and older adults experiencing cognitive decline or needing emotional support. Each session is tailored to the specific needs and goals of the participant to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. About me: I have a master degree of Music therapy at the Conservatory of Verona in Italy and previously the bachelor of opera singing at the Conservatory of Genoa and the bachelor of pharmacy at the German University in Cairo. I have an experience working with the elder people, heart disease patients, children with special needs. I'm curently working in Milan as a Music Therapist and music teacher, so I'm offering the sessions in Cairo only in August as I'll be back to Italy in September.
