The lessons can be scheduled flexibly. For July, August and September I’m available the whole weak and every hour between 11 and 23 Brussels time.

I’m a passionate linguist with a Masters degree in multilingual communication. I love learning and teaching Dutch, French and Russian.

I have a lot of experience teaching children and adults within my own company Het Studentje (you can look it up!)

Since I’m not a big fan of just studying vocabulary lists by haert, I prefer to use a practical method that ressembles natural language acquisition. This means that we do a lot more practical exercices.

I teach (basic) Dutch to (young) adults who speak other languages. The purpose of the lesson is to be able to have easy and simple conversations in daily life. In addition, there is also practice on language comprehension and written language production. We practice Dutch on the basis of role plays, audio clips and newspaper articles. Also people who already have some knowledge of Dutch are more than welcome to join. During the first lesson we will discuss your requirements so that I can adapt my lessons accordingly.

Prepare in an efficient, intensive way for the ITNA (Interuniversity Language Test Dutch), based on tailor-made exercises.
We practice together on language in use, grammar and vocabulary, gap texts, structuring exercises, dictation, presentations and argumentation.

Hola!

Would you like to learn Spanish in an interactive way with a focus on speaking? Do you love Latin American culture as much as I do? Say no more!

We first look at where you are now and what you would like to achieve and I adjust my lesson based on that. Having lived in Ecuador, I know all too well how important it is to be truly immersed in a language. That's why I think practice is very important: talking about your interests! Because... one learns by doing :D

Do: theory and practice - we chat a lot and get to work with photos, music, cooking, etc...

The lessons are standard at my home in Ghent Center (negotiable in Aalter). Due to training, I will not be available one Thursday and Friday per month until January '25. The other weeks and on Saturdays.
