I have been giving guitar lessons for a long time (maybe 10 years)! It also allowed me to evolve myself. I learned the guitar on my own so I think I found a way to easily convey things without fussing, as if I had to explain it to myself when I was starting out. Self-taught learning is not a bad thing but on the contrary an advantage because I know the things that unblocked me, I can give you advice to move faster, spot all the nonsense that you can see on the net . The passion for music and the guitar led me to be interested in different styles of music: metal, jazz funk, blues rock, folk, etc; to enrich my game. I prepare my lessons according to the student. I rarely do the same things because I build the course according to the objectives (interpretation, composition, improvisation, etc.) and the styles of music / favorite artists. The goal is to have fun playing what you like but also to open up to things. I designed my own music theory course with simple words and concrete cases. However, I do the exercises and the pieces according to the student. I have students of all ages (7 to 45 years old), like a lot of different styles, and I practice the lessons at home or in video so I am prepared for all eventualities! I have studied with private teachers or on my own, carefully selecting my books and teaching methods.I can teach pop and rock guitar in the broadest sense of the term, whether through pick playing or finger-picking. In addition, I have extensive knowledge of production, mixing, editing, and electronic music, which makes me very knowledgeable about effects pedals for electric guitarists. However, I teach both folk and electric guitar. I have been giving private lessons since 2008, alongside my life as a professional musician.
