You can never be too young for Yoga! Yoga is such a beautiful way to improve your well beeing - physically and mentally. In my classes i want to show children the practice of yoga. But I do this in a playful and fun way, so that they get all the benefits from yoga and also have such a great time! I show them how to be more mindful and present as well. The yoga teacher training that I did is especially designed for kids and teens. I would be happy to see your children soon on the mat with me! :-)

Hi everybody! :-)

My name is Hannah I am 22 years old and I live in Austria. I am very passionate about languages and yoga! When I teach my passion to other people it fills my heart with joy. It is very important to me that the people who take one of my class learn a lot and also have fun with it! I design every class individually for this specific person. Before I start teaching I always ask what wishes and needs my student has and then I take my time to adjust my class. I would love to see you soon in one of my classes!
