I believe in enhancing the aesthetical values of Music & it's true essence to be inherited into the students and that's what my students are experiencing throughout the globe. I started initial training of Tabla at the age of 3 under the guidance of my father (blessed to be the 3rd generation with a musical background). Afterwards took guidance of great maestros like Lt. Ustad Shamim Ahmed Khan ji (Nephew of Ustad Faiyaz Khan - Delhi Tradition), Dr. Nirmal Kumar (Disciple of Pt. Sanju Sahai Ji - Banaras Tradition) etc.
I am a GRADED ARTIST at "AKASHWANI" (ALL INDIA RADIO).
Was associated with the greatest organization of Indian Classical Music- "GANDHARVA MAHAVIDYALAYA'', till 8 years (Done "ALANKAR" over there - 8 yr degree) and completed Bachelors from HINDU COLLEGE and Masters from RAMJAS COLLEGE with top grades (UNIVERSITY OF DELHI).
Pursuing Ph.D (Doctorate) in Music from DEPARTMENT OF MUSIC (UNIVERSITY OF DELHI).

My classes are different depending on your level and age.

With children from 7 to 12, we start by doing easy vocalization and start training the ear with intonation, we then have fun singing your favorite songs.

With teenagers, I also start with some vocalization, a little more elaborate. Depending on the student's capabilities, we start establishing a comfortable range for them and then proceed to singing.

For my older students ideally, I divide our lesson into 2 sections. We work on respiration and how the diaphragm works. We do scales and arpeggios and work on intonation. We then proceed to singing and putting into practice our technique. Some students might need more technique before they actually sing, I like to take things slowly and make sure the student feels confident and comfortable singing.

I teach children, teenagers, and adults, from beginners to more advanced. Classical training enables you to sing in any kind of way, so don’t hesitate and let’s sing!
