As his interest grew he attended meditation courses, joined a Buddhist study group and helped facilitate mindfulness classes and retreats. In 2018, he completed the Zenways 100hr Mindfulness and Meditation For Health & Wellbeing Teacher Training taught by Zen Master Daizan Skinner. He has since delivered mindfulness classes at London South Bank University, Paramount Pictures, WeWork, Arup, and in the local community.

Transcendental Dance® originated as a personal movement practice and was later deepened through a university thesis at Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris 1), alongside ongoing lectures on sacred and healing dance.
It is grounded in a phenomenological inquiry into the spiritualization of dance today, often referred to as sacred dance and its therapeutic and inclusive dimensions. The research explores the metaphysical unity between the tangible body, understood as the material vehicle, and the intangible bodies (psychological, emotional, energetic, and spiritual).
At its core lies embodied phenomenology: the study of pre-motor movement and the energetic movement of consciousness that precedes physical gesture, revealing the adhesion of the invisible to the visible. This approach does not advocate an escape from the body in order to transcend; rather, it affirms that there is no ascension without descent, and that transcendence is accomplished through full incarnation.
Transcendental Dance® thus proposes a post-dualistic vision uniting body, soul, and spirit, integrating human existence within both natural and spiritual cycles, and unfolding as a practice of embodied spirituality, a dancing prayer, and a conscious methodology for personal transformation.
