My name is Mariana, I'm an oboe player from Portugal and I'm currently studying at the Royal Conservatoire, in The Hague.
My main goal for the lessons is to give the students all the fundamental skills they need to play the oboe and make them feel motivated about practicing and learning music.

Hello everyone,

Welcome to my profile!
My name is Mariana, I'm an oboe player from Portugal and I'm currently studying at the Royal conservatoire, in the Hague.
As a teacher, I would like to give the students all the fundamental skills they need to play the oboe, and make them feel motivated about practicing and learning music.
The way I share knowledge with my students is basically about taking my personal experience as an inspiration and adapt it to each pupil based on his special needs.

In the past, I had masterclasses with prestigious teachers, and I played with a few orchestras (Lisbon Film Orchestra, Orquestra da Costa Atlântica, Orquestra Metropolitana de Lisboa).
Recently I had a project with the Dutch Reed quintet Calefax.

I am a young, dynamic, and qualified teacher (Master in Music pedagogy & Master in Performance) giving:
Violin lessons for beginners and advanced students, adults, and children as early as age 4.

Singing is fun, singing is easy, singing is good for you.
Discover a healthy way of using your voice and unlock its potential.
My method includes the understanding of how the larynx, jaw and tongue work and can be function freely, and how the breath flow can come through by using the correct support muscles, that we forget how to engage over our adult life, unlike when we were children. This should provide an effortless and beautiful sound that is your own unique voice.

I have a Bachelor in Classical Singing and a Masters in Early Music Singing from the Royal Conservatory of the Hague and 9 years of teaching experience. I am passionate about teaching, helping people achieving their true potential and I having fun doing it.

Teacher at Strijkdomain (The Hague), Conservatory in The Hague, Vuurvlinderschool, Geldelandschool en a Het Klooster (Woerden).

I was under the tutelage of the great violin pedagogue Mr. Mauricio Fuks at Indiana University (USA) for 3 consecutive years (2018-2021) becoming his teaching assistant for 3 years (2018-2021). Moreover, I have taught young violinists in Elementary Schools, (e.g. Fairview Elementary School) and also collegiate students in the Jacobs School of Music (US). In Spain, I have teaching experience in several music schools instructing violinists ranging from 3 to 70 years of age. I have also worked with ADHD and autistic students with a great passion for violin playing and music-making.

I hold a master's in Violin Performance at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag and in Psychology and Music (UNED). I have an excellent command of English, and Dutch and a good working knowledge of French. I base my teaching method on Suzuki and Galamian methods, which I combine with a wide repertoire of progressive violin pieces.

Hi! I am Elsa, I am 24 and I come from France. I am currently doing a jazz master at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, after obtaining my classical bachelor at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague.
I have been playing cello for 19 years. Over the years I played in various settings: chamber music (small ensembles like trios, quartet), bands (new music), solo and orchestras such as the Nationaal Jeugdorkest and Jong Metropole (national youth jazz orchestra).
I love to play classical music but also some jazz, funk or pop! I like to play with people, create music together, improvise... And I hope this is something I can also pass on to my students!
Since 6 years I am teaching all kind of people: all ages, all level, in different languages, individual or in groups... So don't be afraid to have a try! I can teach in english and french, and if your level is not fluent we will always find a way to communicate!

I have 9 years of experience with the Jaén Youth Orchestra, where I have performed in France, Slovenia, Italy and Spain. I have also had the opportunity to attend numerous in-person classes with violinists such as Mario Navas Fernández, Elvira López Sobaler, Juan Carlos Navarro, and Sarai Pintado.
At the moment I’m part of the Krashna Musika orchestra in Delft.

I specialize in teaching piano and music when I was at conservatory where I studied for over 20 years. With 14 years of experience I found my own methods to make my students learn in a comfortable and creative environment. As a teacher who enjoys learning from student while teaching, I know how important this is to improve when growing up. As soon as my students feel safe and happy I let them putting their own ideas in their development. I have a lot of experience in teaching from a young age (4-5) to grown adults but I am very good with kids and I like working with younger ages a lot!
