We are surrounded by delectable food at every corner of this charming city! How does one manage to maintain health and wellness while still enjoying all of the bountiful and delicious food that this region offers?

Learn basic habits that will help you to eat intuitively and maximus the nutrition from your meals.

We will meet for 45 minute sessions that will begin as a conversation around your current relationship with food, and lead into a specific habit that you will begin immediately.

Each session will build on the last, and after 15 sessions, you will have a 'tool kit' to help navigate your path to nutritional wellness. Sessions are designed to be scheduled every 2 weeks.

About Me

I am born to be a teacher--and specifically a teacher of movement! I have over 25 years experience working with students of all ages in a both in a traditional classroom as well as in a fitness and wellness setting. I am originally from California, but have just moved to Aix after two years in Chengdu, China. I'm excited to learn the language of my new home and embrace all of the lovely nuances of the French culture.
