Hello! My name's Valeria, I'm Italian and I hold an Arts, Culture and Media BA degree, which I've earned at the University of Groningen (Netherlands). Recently I've also completed the the Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) (TEFL Academy), thereby becoming officially qualified to professionally teach English both in an in-person and online format. My private English classes will not only cover grammar rules and vocabulary items, but they'll also be largely centred around engaging in lighthearted conversations about everyday topics. Indeed, I think it's crucial to foster in learners the confidence necessary to navigate day-to-day interactions in the outside world. As already mentioned, I'm an Italian native speaker: I've been raised in Verona (North-Eastern Italy) and I've also completed my school path there. Similarly to my English classes, my Italian private lessons will cover grammar and vocabulary items, while also largely focusing around simple conversations about everyday topics (e.g., small talk, greeting, introducing oneself, etcetera).
