You make a painting with that. The canvas serves as the blank canvas in your life, which you will give substance to with your colors. You meet yourself along the way. In how happy it makes you, but also in what you find difficult. I guide you through the process (with assignments), help you to feel free so that you can express yourself from your feeling, in connection with your goal.

Which result appears on the canvas is a surprise (it doesn't have to look like anything), but what is certain is that you have connected with your new goal through form and color, have felt how nice it is to achieve this, so that after the session are ready to pull it all to you in real life and start experiencing it.
