Like with languages, intuition plays a huge part in learning an instrument. Most often in music, the correct choice will the the one that ~feels~ the most natural. This is what my teachers, from when I was a kid, all the way to the end of my studies at the conservatory, have prioritized in lessons; Working less hard to sound better.

I’m here to help you in the same way, to decipher with you certain sounds, certain gestures in recorder playing, so that we can map out together your skill set, and eventually find your own style of play.

Classes take place either in my studio in Kreuzberg, equipped with 2 CDJs, 2 vinyl decks, a professional mixer, and a full sound system, or online with a new technic I developed for a immersive learning experience. Sessions are followed by review sheets and homework assignments.
They are a mix of theory and practice, covering not just technical skills but also the artistic and performance aspects of DJing, with plenty of pro tips and creative insights to help you build your identity as a DJ.

Mein Name ist Mateo. Ich biete Geigenunterricht auf Englisch, Spanisch und Französisch an. Ich verfüge über 23 Jahre musikalische Erfahrung, unter anderem durch die Arbeit in Orchestern, die Organisation von Kammermusikkonzerten, die Teilnahme an zahlreichen Meisterkursen bei Professoren aus aller Welt und meine Tätigkeit als Lehrer.
