I’m Natalia, a Greek artist based in Italy. I am a mezzo-soprano and a biotechnologist.
My musical journey has lead me across Europe, both for studies and work.

Alongside my performing career, I’m deeply passionate about teaching and mentoring. I love helping students discover their unique voice, refine their technique, and develop confidence and mental stability.

I was born in Aleppo, and I grew up in Damascus, Syria. I started playing music at the age of eleven. I chose the Oud as my instrument because my father used to play it everyday at home when I was young. - Cysts on the vocal cords, growths that aren't cancer.

B) Neurogenic causes: organic voice disorders that result from problems with the central or peripheral nervous system innervation to the larynx that affect functioning of the vocal mechanism, such as:
- Vocal tremor.
- Spasmodic dysphonia.
- Vocal fold paralysis.
- Vocal cord paralysis or weakness.

2- Functional causes: voice disorders that result from inefficient use of the vocal mechanism when the physical structure is normal, such as:
- Vocal fatigue.
- Muscle tension Dysphonia or Aphonia.

Experienced teacher of Oud and oriental Arabic singing for over 11 years, I am Lebanese and currently residing in Germany. I studied for 8 years at the Lebanese National Conservatory. I taught at the Casa Beethoven Academy in Lebanon and gave private lessons. In addition, I was conductor of the Loubnan Assalam oriental orchestra for over 5 years.

My recommendation for learning the Oud is to start with the study of notes and musical notation before tackling pieces. Although some students prefer to play songs directly, understanding the basics of musical notation allows for faster progress in the long run. With determination and hard work, significant progress can be made in a year, allowing one to play simple melodies.
