I’m Simon, and I am available to be your online English teacher. With me, you will learn English in a fun, engaging way, and you will learn it naturally. My classes are all about using English authentically to communicate ideas, opinions and experiences as we explore different themes and topics. We won’t sit and complete boring grammar exercises (you can do that by yourself!). Instead, we will talk, ask questions, play games, and you will pick up new words and structures by using them, just like you did with your first language. If, however, during class you have questions about the language, I will be happy and able to help you. I have more than 20 years’ experience teaching students aged 7 to adult in Madrid, Spain. I hold a BA Hons degree in English Language and Linguistics, and the Trinity Diploma in TESOL. I am also published ELT author, editor and proofreader. I have extensive experience preparing students for Cambridge exams (KET, PET, First, Advanced, Proficiency).
