Conversational English skills are an integral component of fluency. Tutoring sessions with me will focus on pronunciation, understandability, the vocabulary, and usage. As a native English speaker from the United States, my accent is 90% "Hollywood" and 10% "British". If someone has a preference in their accent I can give them the correct pronunciation for either. When my clients need support with written English, I am happy to assist them as well. Some clients wish to develop their accent to one that is more easily understood, and we will develop exercises to help them polish the pronunciation they are seeking. I also work with my clients if they have a hesitancy to speak English. We will work out what is holding them back and we will develop the necessary skills. It is important to me to offer a calm and supportive session to each of my clients.
