The best aspect of tutoring is the variety it brings to each week. Every day presents something different, yet ends with a profound sense of accomplishment. Tutoring offers me exceptional flexibility in managing my life. One day, I might spend a couple of hours tutoring children from my home, and the next, I might visit a primary school, a coffee shop or go to the students house for an in-person session when I feel like stepping out.Every day, I create lesson plans and learning modules tailored to my students' needs and objectives. I also develop various teaching materials, such as study guides, tests, quizzes, and source past exam papers. Typically, I conduct one-hour lessons where I engage my students with questions to ensure they understand the material and encourage independent thinking. I provide constructive feedback using positive reinforcement to boost their confidence and motivation. Additionally, I teach study skills, note-taking techniques, and test-taking strategies. We review class materials together by discussing texts, solving problems, and going over worksheets or other assignments.
