About Me

As a high school student, I hated languages; I thought they were useless. But life forced me to use them. On various trips, I discovered the joy of being able to communicate with everyone and the enthusiasm people felt when they realized you spoke their language.

Education

After completing my engineering studies—and making progress in English and German—I began learning Spanish. I had already lived in Germany for eight months, and now it was time to start my life in Spain.

Then I started working in a field I'd never imagined: in the theater, with lighting technology. While traveling with the troupe, I discovered other languages I didn't know, but of which I understood a few words. After I returned, I began to learn them.

Experience / Qualifications

Today I live in Poland—undoubtedly the most difficult language I've ever learned, but it has opened all the doors to Eastern European languages for me. I studied everything on my own, methodically, probably influenced by my university studies. This is how I began to break down each language into concepts I was trying to understand, instead of blindly memorizing incorrect rules with thousands of exceptions.

Then, quite by chance, I had my first student, then a second, and I discovered the beauty of teaching: passing on knowledge and helping someone build a new treasure within themselves.
