My yoga classes are designed to help busy women (especially mothers) approach health and fitness with sustainable strategies. My offerings are a confluence of hatha, yin, restorative and vinyasa yoga that caters to women of all age groups.
Yoga sessions designed to help you feel energetic,happier and calm. It is for beginners to understand foundation of asanas & pranayam and work their way towards building strength and flexibility.
The course is designed to help you lose weight, build strength, reduce stress & improve sleep quality, creating a strong foundation for a sustainable weight loss plan.
Classes are a mix of hatha, vinyasa and restorative yoga and aim to build overall physical fitness while providing stress relief.
