As an Early Years teacher, I focus on enhancing children's social skills, listening skills, inquiring abilities, gross and fine motor skills, hand/ eye coordination, group learning, creativity, phonics, and early numeracy skills.
Furthermore, I focus on outcomes such as children achieving a strong sense of identity, being connected and able to contribute to the environment, having a strong sense of well-being, and being involved and confident learners with excellent communication skills.
To ensure that the children accomplish the outcomes, I carefully asses each child and design activities wherein all children are intentionally taught to achieve these outcomes through play and classroom learning.
I create and implement a comprehensive lesson plan. Organize learning materials and resources. Use a range of activities and instructional approaches to inspire and stimulate children's skills (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, other activities, etc.).
Students' performance and development are evaluated on a regular basis to verify that they are mastering relevant skills. Moreover, I monitor children’s relationships and encourage collaboration and cooperation.
