Hello and nice to meet you! My name is Sara ~ My experience with guitar started with classical guitar when I was 6 years old and moving on to playing electric guitar at age 14. Being immersed in playing primarily blues and jazz music. I have taught students who not only do music as a hobby, but also students with serious career plans in music. I am open to various styles of playing guitar (jazz, blues, fingerstyle, funk, free improvisation and other popular genres) to all levels. My approach is heavily focused on individual student's goals and needs: If you are just starting to play the instrument, for instance, we will focus on learning the basic technique through simple and easy songs. If you are intermediate or advanced player already, we will focus on refining your already existing knowledge and find improvements to work on. Or, we can focus on specific themes, for instance improvisation, transcribing, technique and so on. I also enjoy music theory very much and as I too struggled with grasping the concept when I was younger I am now more than happy to be able to present the world of music theory to anyone who is interested. We can begin with the basics that can help you improve on your instrument or we can dive deeper into more advanced fields of jazz theory. Whether you would like to learn music theory for practicality or you have an exam soon and would like to revise/learn more, I am more than happy to help you out on your music theory journey.

I offer individual violin lessons for beginners, advanced players and music students. My particular focus is on Baroque music and historically informed performance practice. For the past three years, I have been intensively studying the Baroque violin and the music of the 17th and 18th centuries. In my teaching, I convey not only technical fundamentals but also stylistic understanding, phrasing, articulation, and the characteristic sound of Baroque music. In addition, I naturally also teach the classical violin repertoire. Lessons cover playing technique, bowing, intonation, vibrato, scales, musical expression, and efficient practice. I'm happy to support you with entrance exams, competitions, orchestra auditions, or when learning new pieces. Each lesson is individually tailored to your goals and skill level. I am studying violin at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw).

Singing is your passion and you wanna build up your skill? You feel at home with genres within pop and/or rock music? Then I'm your teacher! My classes will be designed to fit in with your current level, your preferences in terms of style and/or skill as well as your goals. Each class starts with a short warm up consisting of breathing exercises, a check of your body posture and singing exercises. Then we'll work on the songs you wanna sing. The technique I'm gonna teach you is based on speech level singing. About me: I'm about to finish my music studies with a bachelor diploma in singing at Jam Music Lab Privat University for Jazz and Popular Music Vienna and I've been singing for over 10 years now. Last time I was live on stage was with the 80's tribute "Shake Me" at Simm City Wien and local Wien in 2020. Right now I'm arranging my own songs from my dark wave and dark rock influenced band project "Vampy Pop" to make them ready for recording in the studio.

Before that, I studied at the Gnessin Institute in Moscow. It's especially important to me to offer my students the opportunity to experience music and express themselves in this beautiful language during lessons. Since I myself come from the Russian school, the basic principles of the violin are combined with beautiful sound, expressiveness, and a musical character. And, of course, humor is a must!

Hello there! Do you wish to learn to play the piano but do not have several hours every day to dedicate to practicing? I can help! With 15 years of teaching experience, I’ve honed my methods to facilitate rapid progress and maximize efficiency. My students achieve in months, what usually takes years when following a conventional music school program. Nonetheless, I am not taking any shortcuts. On the contrary, one of the reasons why my students progress so fast is my insistence on building solid fundamentals. I strive for my students to master the necessary tools for them to then achieve their own personal ambitions. Having observed the practice routines of professionals and university students worldwide, I've realized that there's often much time to be gained during practice. Realizing everyone's personnality, approach, affinities and tastes are different, I prioritize a personalized approach tailored to your individual learning style. Together, we'll make the most of our sessions, whether you're a beginner diving into music or an intermediate player seeking to enhance your skills. And guess what? You won't need to practice for hours on end to see significant improvement. With regular lessons, even just 15 minutes of practice three times a week can lead to enormous progress. As I often say, the learning process is more akin to a marathon than a sprint. While efficiency is important, I believe that learning should be fun and inspiring. In my lessons, you can expect a supportive and encouraging environment. I'll be there with you every step of the way, celebrating your achievements and helping you overcome any challenges that arise. Together, we'll create a positive and empowering learning experience. Ready to embark on your fast and efficient piano learning journey? Contact me to schedule lessons, discuss pricing and get ready for a rewarding musical adventure! Looking forward to hearing from you! Carl

In my music lessons (piano or accordion) there is a freer learning approach, from listening to playing - making music without notes! - an important part. Right from the start, we try to play simple, familiar melodies on the instrument and, in a second step, to accompany them. Classical playing according to notes, music theory and training of dexterity are, as in music school, further elements of the practical lessons. As an accordion teacher, I also teach on the Internet. For children and adults. Lending accordions are also possible.
