Given my background in yoga, dance & meditation together with the training I have gained in India, my sessions offer tools which connects body mind and emotion. Yoga asanas, meditation techniques, breathing, movement with music are some parts of my sessions. My clients will walk out of each session with an in-depth knowledge of yoga & meditation tools which they can incorporate into their daily lives. Hi, I am a movement artist, a yoga instructor (RYT 200) and a meditation coach, a future dance movement therapist currently following my MA in Germany (2023). I have an extensive background in the Laban Bartenieff movement analysis (USA) and somatic movement forms (BMC - Australia).

I am also an alumni of Monash University (Bcom – Accounting & finance) with over 9 years of experience in business development and lead generation. However I made a pivotal change in my career in 2021 to dive into the field of movement full time.

As a movement artist, I have worked with well renowned artists such as US artists Ronald K Brown, Israeli artists Ohad Naharin and Saar Harrari, I was the first Sri Lankan to be invited to be a part of the GAGA dance winter intensive in New York. I am also a scholarship recipient of the American Dance Festival at Duke University. I gained my Yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga in India and I have been practicing for over 15 years. I am also a certified meditation coach.

I am the founder of Sync & Move which is a unique method formed to add a different perspective to dance & yoga through guided movement sessions for individuals, groups, and corporates. Sync & Move, has currently impacted over 5000 people in Sri Lanka, India & Singapore within the span of one year.

Dancing has always been part of my life. During my childhood, I took classical and jazz lessons. Later, I joined a group of Funk (Hip Hop/RnB) with which I presented several choreographies and shows.

Dancing has always been part of my life. During my childhood, I took classical and jazz lessons. Later, I joined a group of Funk (Hip Hop/RnB) with which I presented several choreographies and shows.
