This French course is for anyone who needs to learn the language (non French speakers), or to improve their knowledge. It will be divided into several pedagogical sections to facilitate learning. Whether you are a primary or secondary school student, or an adult, your needs will be met.
This class is for teenagers and adults (women and couples) from all age groups wanting to find your balance and strengthen your body. With my experience of 12 years in yoga training, I'm sure I will be able to help you relax and become healthier no matter what your hectic schedule. Let's practice softness and listen to your body.
