Pour un débutant, il faut d'abord se familiariser avec la natation et vaincre la peur de l'eau. Puis apprendre à se déplacer efficacement sur le dos et le ventre. Pour un intermédiaire, vous pouvez apprendre à nager les 4 styles de nage. Cela dépend de votre niveau. Pour les avancés, vous pouvez améliorer votre technique, votre endurance, et même atteindre vos objectifs de compétition.
Je suis également qualifiée pour les cours de fitness aquatique, d'aquaphobie et de bébés nageurs.
Je serai heureux de travailler avec vous quel que soit votre âge et objectif.

Hello, I'm Clément and I'm a swimmer coach/instructor from France.
I started swimming when I was 5 years old. I trained hard to reach the Junior and then Élite French Championships where I was finalist 5 times in the fly distances (100m and 200m). Then I moved on to a coaching career where I took several swimmers to the French Youth Championships for few years. I was also a lifeguard and a teacher for students lifeguard. I have a lot of experience and knowledge in swimming and it will be with pleasure that I share them with you.
