Hi everyone, have you found that learning a new language is very difficult? I also find it hard when I start to learn a new language myself at school. The normal school teaching usually emphasizes on reading and writing, however, personally I think the important procedure in learning a language effectively should following the sequence of listening, speaking, reading, and writing accordingly, especially for kids! It is all about adapting yourself to get use to the tone of the language you aim to learn, therefore, I focus more on interactive and situational methods when teaching Mandarin
