Professional Ballet Dancer with:
Estonian National Ballet, Finnish National Ballet, Northern Ballet and most recently Ballet de Catalunya.
Danced in the stars Gala in Barcelona in 2021 alongside Royal Ballet Principals and have been tutored by some of the best ballet dancers of our era, inc Marianela Nunez, Toomas Edur.

I offer courses adapted to all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced student.

Every student is unique, and I make sure to understand your specific needs and goals to best guide you. I do everything I can to help my students progress at their own pace, build their confidence, and help them move forward through exercises tailored to them and their goals, regardless of their level.
My approach is gentle but demanding, in order to help you progress safely.

After 12 years of training as a ballet artist and 3 years of teaching experience in France and abroad, my method is based on the classic principles of Russian ballet. The courses are aimed at all levels, adults and children.

Do you love dance and want to improve your technical and artistic skills? I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile.

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO.
Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment).

My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris.

I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings.

Hi, I will teach you some ballet technique classes as a gentle yet technical method to work on body mobility and coordination so you can prepare your body to your dance class or your other physical activities.
Performed through conscious breathing at a gentle rhythm, your body will gain coordination, flexibility and a new ease of moving. It will feel strengthening and relaxing at the same time.
Classes may be delivered in English or French, or both, if you would like to take the opportunity to combine it with a language practice.
