I have been practicing yoga for more than 5 years and working as an instructor for a year online mostly. Next year I am planning to get the official certificate from the international yoga alliance when India will be hopefully open for visitors.
I am following the traditions of hatha yoga including breathing techniques (pranayama), asanas, meditation.
A traditional lesson includes a short pranayama cycle, a warm-up, asanas, and a meditation.
