I graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics before coming to KU Leuven to work on my Master's Degree (and eventually PhD) in Astronomy.
I have tutored and taught mathematics up through ordinary differential equations but also at younger levels (like secondary or high school level mathematics). I've been tutoring/teaching for almost 3 years now and have worked with clients ranging from the University level to early secondary school work.
I have a unique approach to mathematics and physics that allows me to work well with students who don't necessarily find mathematics and science enjoyable. My goal is to show everyone that mathematics and physics is doable for all!
*Unfortunately I do not yet speak Dutch well enough to tutor thus I only tutor in English*

Über mich
After graduating from Portland State University (Portland, OR, USA) with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics in March of 2018 I will now be working on an M.Sc. in Ecology.
I have experience both with private tutoring and with teaching large groups of students. For the last three years I have taught and tutored everything from introductory secondary school mathematics to University level calculus and Ordinary Differential Equations.
Being an older graduate student myself, my approach to teaching is unique and I often find ways of communicating well with student's that don't necessarily enjoy doing mathematics or science.
I can make Math, Physics and the rest of science fun again! Not to mention I am open to working with students regarding English (and the speaking or writing or English).
