Acting is a tough business. As an actor, producer and director I have been on both sides of the audition process. My goal is to facilitate a safe work space where the actor can make mistakes, explore their roles and creativity in preparation for work in an industry which will say "no' more often than 'yes'. This class will teach students, of all ages, acting techniques to develop their own skills explore roles through a creative methodology and build confidence in their dramatic works, presentations or public speeches.

If you've ever felt that music was for you but you couldn't make anything sound right, couldn't stick with it long enough and weren't good enough. Then this is the course for you. This teacher believes in wellbeing through Performing Arts, is a registered teacher and has mentored many teachers in Positive Education and music , dance and drama. The teacher is encouraging, builds on your own strengths and develops your understanding and belief in what you can achieve, helping you develop your growth mindset in the process. This class encourages the student to create their own small successes and build upon them, to notice their own achievements so that they want to progress. The lessons underlying Confidence through the Uke are transferable into other areas of life.
