My name is Atupele and I studied Biology for a level and achieved an A I can tutor both gcse and a level. I'm very passionate about biology I am aware that some of the concepts can be difficult which Is why I am patient and good at explaining. As I find with Biology and many of the sciences once you understand the information you are learning then you can easily apply it. I was able to jump 2 grades in a year with hardwork and determination so I believe anything is possible and anyone is capable coming from me a student who was also once struggling and feeling like I wasn't good enough. I want to tutor because I want to make a difference I want my students whatever there level to get there desired grades and I know I can motivate and support them. Whilst I was studying my a levels I was able to tutor my friends I used to run sessions online which they enjoyed and I also have younger siblings and I help them with various science related homework. With my tuition I first give my students a baseline test for example if in year one biology gcse or a level I will administer a test which my student will complete under exam conditions at home. The student will then be graded I will highlight the wrong questions and explain why. Then I will look at the topics the student did not excel in then create lesson plans to go through those topics explaining them in the session whilst the student ask questions then they will answer questions in the online class and then get a mini assessment on the topic. Then after this I will just be going through all of the syllabus each session explaining as well as giving exam qs in the session online and as homework as exam technique is very important,.
