With a world that is constantly getting smaller, the power of being able to speak a foreign language is gaining importance. I am mainly targeting GCSE and A-Level (or equivalent) students who are currently studying German. This class will help students practice their language skills through refining their skills in speaking, writing, reading and listening in German.

By booking a lesson with me, we will be able to cover your goals and what you want to get out of these sessions, and it will also grant me the chance to gauge your own skill and let me plan my lessons with that in consideration. I believe that the student deserves a decent amount of agency, and while I may be leading the sessions as the tutor, the input of my student is incredibly important in letting me know whether I am doing a good job, and let me improve and tailor my sessions even further.

Hi, I'm Koushiki and I am a student studying Comparative Literature with French and German studies. I have loved reading for as long as I can remember and my love for learning languages followed soon after. I love being able to spread my passions to others and it is also helpful to me in consolidating my own skills.

I have had previous experience in tutoring both in a formal setting with two tutoring companies, but I also have informal experience as I volunteered as an in-school mentor for younger students before university. I believe in making learning languages and literature a fun and intuitive study rather than focusing on rote and textbook learning, and my results have shown itself through students becoming more confident in their skills as well as becoming more willing to carry on their studies further.
