I was born and raised in the Philippines, but I have been living in Belgium for 25 years now. Though Tagalog is my native tongue, my English and French are C2 and C1, respectively. Since I was an immigrant in a foreign country, I know how hard and scary it feels when you arrive in a country where you don't know the national language. I learned French from a good friend, who patiently explained to me the basic grammar until I was confident enough to attend a language course in school. So it will be a great pleasurefor me to help you learn and understand French easily by explaining the grammar in a simpler yet effective way. We will start our lessons by learning the most basic skills such as correct pronunciation and simple grammar rules.
We will continue to improve our speaking, listening and grammar levels by learning new informations step by step.
Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
