I am a Work Psychologist and am devoted to supporting new leaders in recognizing their unconscious biases and beliefs whilst working on new, supportive perspectives to lead in a healthy, impactful manner. This course will include Transformational Leadership techniques, being prepared for the unexpected, emotional intelligence insight and much more.
