As a former ballroom dancer, I Naturally was born into a healthy and fit lifestyle. In 2000 I received my certification in personal training and soon became certified as a weight-loss specialist.For the past 20 years Ive helped people of all ages reach their desired personal fitness goals. I have worked and specialized with those with health issues, active team sports and personal weight loss. Helping others set goals and guiding them safely and effectively has been a gratifying professional experience, finding new ways to achieve results in personal fitness whether it be at the gym, at home or office or on the go. I enjoy adding and mixing techniques such as functional training, isometric training, resistance training ,metabolic and post and pre-rehabilitation. Helping others with nutrition has also been a great learning experience as I get to know each individual client and their own personal needs. Guiding them to a healthier lifestyle by inspiring new and natural ways to prepare meals as well as being comfortable picking foods on their own when they are out and about or enjoy an evening out with others.
