My classes are designed through collaborations when it comes to experimentations or intersected fields and mediums, which is an option and pertinent characteristic of approach. However the one who lasts for foundation and aspires him/her the concept of taking it further to possible academic preparation will grab charcoals, a spoke, the required papers, instal from simple to complex still life compositions and set forth the journey of academic drawing theory. My class is a simple painting class for anyone that loves drawing already and people who are not quite sure, but love color and would like to learn something new. I would love to give in my lessons the students the freedom to experiment with materials and textures, which I wasn't allowed myself during my time in art school. The teachers were a bit old fashioned and told me they prefer me to stick to more classical techniques, and as long as I wouldn't tell them that my work was "mixed media", they would love my paintings. The class includes Color Theory that will explain as we work on different projects and themes. Essentially Color Theory is how colors correspond to each other on the painting surface and how differently they get along on the working palet. Of course, the class is mainly for fun, but I do want the students to actually be learning and progressing so I may give assignments to do at home and then bring and show to me next time, as well as we would work together when the class is happening. However I'm not going to give grades to the attendants, I might verbally explain what I like and what I don't in work.

I adjust my classes according to your needs. The goal is simple: to come to understand your artistic interest, help you find techniques to express them and develop your artistic language. We had highly informative, engaging, and inspiring lessons with Nancy. We started with fashion illustrations and the intricacies of technical drawing, then progressed to deep discussions about brand identity and the creative process. We also explored collection creation, along with the business and marketing aspects of a fashion company.
