Kung-fu is recognised as the first martial art created.
It has many forms and the traditional form we will practice is a style from the north, called Chángquá, meaning, Long Fist.
It composes of legs strikes and acrobatic moves.
We will also study the Wing-Chun style, which is more a close-combat style but also include many relaxing drills.
While Kung-fu is a martial art, the application of Kung-fu as a sport is called Sanda which is a type of boxing that is similar to Muay Thai, but less violent.
I invite you to join group lessons which take place twice a week in an indoor space.
