With my 200 hour Yoga Teaching qualification and hours of teaching in University under my belt (or mat!), you can rest assured you will be well looked after.

Hello, I would be delighted to introduce you to 'joint-gentle' exercises that will allow you to sculpt yourself AND solicit your deep muscles WITHOUT damaging your joints. My clients are happy athletes who practice my knee friendly techniques and who see impressive results. Results and a more serene state of mind. At each lesson, I offer a mindfulness meditation in which I transport you to the world of dreams.
I also offer stretching classes, LIA (low impact aerobics) as well as muscle strengthening classes.
I am a state graduate - BPJEPS French.

Rhythmic gymnasts are very known by their amazing flexibility and body control , they have some of the best tips and exercises to improve flexibility .

So if you want to become flexible ,

More than a practice, yoga is a lifestyle that heals, cares for and strengthens the
body, mind and spirit through the practice of asanas, breathing and
meditation.
During a yoga session, which usually lasts between an hour and an hour and a half,
different asanas or postures harmonized with breathing are practiced,
beneficial for both the body and the mind. The asanas have different
degrees of difficulty, from the simplest for beginners to the most
extremes practiced by advanced students.

When you book your first, we begin with an Initial Consultation. In this first session, we take the time to understand your needs, abilities, and goals.
