Science is a key subject for children to learn about as they grow up. Science encourages types of learning such as critical thinking and problem solving which will be applicable in the rest of their lives in and out of the classroom.The findings provide principles of good science learning, teaching and leading in primary schools that involve children, parents, teachers, governors, science leaders and the senior leadership team.
