I help people reconnect with themselves through simple, deep meditation. My sessions are not a fixed program — they are living spaces where silence, breath, and energy realignment can unfold.
My background combines anthroposophy, Yoga Nidra, mantra, and ritual work, adapted to your needs.
We don’t “learn meditation” to pass a test. We build a habit and create conditions for clarity, emotional balance, and subtle perception.
Some people find it quickly, for others it’s a slower unfolding — both are welcome.
I provide materials, imagery, mantras, and guidance so that you can eventually practice on your own.
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice that allows your body to rest while your awareness stays gently awake. It helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and release emotional tension.
Sessions are adapted to your personal rhythm and can be recorded for your own practice at home.
Living in Berlin as an expat can be overwhelming. I offer a safe space to pause, reconnect, and develop a simple, consistent meditation habit.
We’ll work together to find the right approach for you — whether it’s guided imagery, breath meditation, or energy-focused practices. My goal is to help you become self-sufficient in your daily practice.
