From a psychologist to a medical doctor, a salesman to a shopkeeper, or a customer support officer to a receptionist, rapport is the first and foremost personal challenge anyone will face when trying to connect with their clients. I say a 'personal challenge' as it solely relies upon the development of one's own soft skills and capabilities of building meaningful relationships with clients. This course shall allow you to learn the art of rapport building by first understanding it's meaning, its benefits, and it's outcomes.
