Professeur expérimenté de Oud et de chant arabe oriental depuis plus de 11 ans, je suis Libanais et je réside actuellement en Allemagne. J’ai étudié pendant 8 ans au Conservatoire National Libanais. J’ai enseigné à l’Académie Casa Beethoven au Liban et donné des cours particuliers. De plus, j’ai été chef d’orchestre de l’orchestre oriental Loubnan Assalam pendant plus de 5 ans. Ma recommandation pour apprendre le Oud est de commencer par l’étude des notes et de la notation musicale avant d’aborder les morceaux. Bien que certains élèves préfèrent jouer directement des chansons, comprendre les bases de la notation musicale permet de progresser plus rapidement sur le long terme. Avec de la détermination et du travail, des progrès significatifs peuvent être réalisés en un an, permettant de jouer des mélodies simples.
