Hi! I’m Sheri, a friendly and patient tutor who focuses on helping students build confidence as well as skills. I believe everyone learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s pace, personality, and goals. Whether someone needs clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, or a calm space to ask questions without feeling judged, I make sure they feel supported from the very first lesson.

My background in Uniformed Protective Services and Criminology has given me strong communication, organisation and leadership skills, which I bring into my tutoring. I’m especially good at breaking down difficult topics into simple, practical ideas that students can understand and remember. I also enjoy working with younger learners, keeping lessons engaging through examples, real-life scenarios, and interactive activities.

- use Ableton Live,
- program and control synthesizers and virtual instruments,
- use microphone and sound card to record your voice and your instruments,
- process sound with effects (plugins) and optimize it for diffusion (mixing and mastering),
- make your songs, from start to the last details.

I also speak Spanish, French, German and Italian.

Now a days the role of Music Producer has changed drastically. Not only do producers have to learn the business and build artists, they also are in charge of making the music themselves. This has made the demand for Producers way higher while the role has gotten even more interesting and challenging.

In the lessons I will be teaching the students how to make music (preferably with the software Fl Studio), navigate the music industry, build clients and push the boundaries of modern day sounds. I have found that teaching production ignites passion in students not just for music but in the arts as a whole. I will also be giving students access to emails and connections to artists I work with as rewards for dedication/practice to create more incentive to work harder.

Drumming is a powerful experience for all ages and music levels even if you play a melodic instrument. I have designed a learning programme suitable for a wide variety of music needs and aims. I have a long experience teaching, performing, recording and producing music that have let me explore melodic instruments like keyboards, guitar, and bass. It has given to me a broad musical approach to the drums with a ensemble situation perspective.

This class is for drummers who want to be part of a music project or want to improve their ensemble music skils. All the levels. Children from 7 to 80 welcome.
