The curriculum includes: Swizzles One Foot Glides Forward Crossovers Backward Crossovers Inside and Outside Edges Two Foot Spin Spirals Three Turns Off Ice Strength Conditioning And more! I focus very closely on maintaining correct form. Coaching can be customized to your preferences if you would like to focus on improving certain skills. I am not affiliated with a rink so our class is informal and done at times when the rink is not busy, ie late on weekdays.
